‘Put in a ticket’ is a blog that I created 2 years into working in IT. I’m using this to document my own IT journey, but also for people who can relate to the struggle.
I am a 26 year old Irishman who works in Amsterdam. I have always been interested in computers but my main love is video games. I was curious as to how they worked, and this translated nicely over to computers and tech.
My journey began as an IT Support Agent in a school. Now I work for a startup in the heart of Amsterdam. I hope you enjoy my stories 🙂
